The secretariat is composed of highly qualified technical and support staff who work mostly on full time basis. The full time staff are adequately supported by the part time staff that provide technical advice.

TAPP has  a full time program coordinator.

The TAPP Secretariat is managed by an Executive

Director, a Programme Coordinator, an Administrative

Officer and an Accountant. At field level, the organisations works

through EPA staff in collaboration with TAPP field officers as well as

other line ministries and NGOs working in the sites.
