VACANT POSITION: Field Officer (3) Fixed Term Appointment

JOB ORGANISATION CONTEXT

If you are a committed, creative professional and are passionate about working with smallholder farmers to improve their livelihoods, we would like to hear from you.

TAPP will soon be implementing the Malawi Mozambique (MAMO) Sustainable Agriculture Programme with funding from the Development Fund of Norway (DF) in Dowa, Ntchisi and Kasungu districts.

PURPOSE OF POST

The incumbent will be reporting to the Programmes Officer and is responsible for day to day implementation of the project activities in collaboration with Government Extension Officers and Lead farmers.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

Education

  • Diploma in Agriculture from recognized institutions.
  • Must be computer literate.

Work experience

  • Two years of relevant professional work experience, including field experience with smallholder farmers.
  • Must have a clean Motorcycle driving license.
